The real estate salesperson course offered at RIA is priced at $834.60. This ties them with Real Centre Network in first as the priciest RES course.
That being said, candidates can use their Skillsfuture credit to claim up to $500 off the course fees. In addition, they can also claim up to $250 if they are an NTUC union member under UTAP.
RIA also offers 6-month or 12-month instalment payment plans for DBS/POSB Visa and Mastercard card holders.

What Do RIA Provide For Their Course Participants
In exchange for the course fees paid, RIA provides candidates with the full RES course, along with their complimentary course notes.
On top of that, RIA also provides their students with free revision sessions closer to the actual exam date.
Students will also receive mock exam questions that they can attempt after the RES course is completed.
Additional Information: RIA runs two classes, the day or evening classes, for students to accommodate their schedule. Both courses run on a similar average of 70 hours.

Overall, the real estate salesperson course provided by RIA is definitely one that is structured although it is definitely not the cheapest in town.
