Course Price
The RES course offered by RCN is priced at $834.60, this positions RCN alongside RIA as the other premium-priced RES course in Singapore.
The good news is that prospective students can claim up to $250 if they are an NTUC union member under UTAP.
Students may also use up to $500 of their Skillsfuture credit on the course.
If you are interested to use your skillsfuture credit to foot for the RCN’s real estate salesperson course, you would have to head down to their office to register and make payment.
RCN course location
Real Centre network is located at 490 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh #09-16 HDB Hub Biz 3 Singapore 310490. The nearest MRT is Toa Payoh station.
Students will find the Toa Payoh area a plus point to take the RES course due to its centralised location.
What Do RCN Provide For Their Course Participants
In exchange for the course fees paid, candidates will receive 18 3-hour learning sessions.
To accompany the course, students will receive the course notes created by RCN.
In addition, candidates will also receive access to the e-learning portal.
If that is insufficient, RCN also provides revision classes priced at $200 for one paper or $350 for both papers.Each revision session runs for a full day.
If you are interested to sit in on the revision session, students with RCN will receive a promotion code that grants you a discount on the revision session fees.
